Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging with all hangtags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
